February catch up...

So many things have happened this month I don't even know where to begin. Let's see...

First off Madi is FINALLY sleeping in her own bed ALL night! After fighting her for more than a year now, something finally worked! She found a bed buddy... Kevin.

One night we let him try laying in bed with her, he actually stayed, and Madi wasn't scared any more because she was the big sister being BRAVE. After a few nights of Kev falling off the bed, he figured it out and now every night and every nap is taken together! Yeah! Talk about killing two birds with one stone! Now we have an empty crib for the upcoming baby, and two sleeping kids.

We had a wonderful Valentine's weekend thanks to my sister. We decided to do a kid swap. She took them Friday night while Ty and I went to dinner with Scott and Adrienne and then did a little Go-Kart racing. Even the fat prego girl got on the go-kart to race. It was pretty fun. Saturday night we took my sister's kids and had heart pancakes for dinner.

Then we met up with Dan and Dee for church and dinner after wards. It's was a little crazy, but worth the night out together.

This is what Ty surprised me with... home made and yummy! Can you tell we already ate some?! Ty has also been working on some house projects lately, and this is what he has come up with...

He's going to build decorative mirrors to sell. If you know anyone who wants one, let me know!

Then we finally got our kitchen hood and an arch way over our kitchen window. I love that my hubby can (and will) build anything I ask him too. He always amazes me what he can come up with. He even painted these by himself.

Kev loves to help his Dad! He even has to wear a measuring tape on his pants... just like Daddy.
